A Night to Remember: Broadway Village Apartments at the MADACS Awards
Friday, September 18, was a special evening for all of us at Broadway Village Apartments as we had the honor of attending the MADACS Awards as nominees in the best team category!
Being recognized for our hard work was an incredible feeling. We were proud to represent Broadway Village Apartments and Lang Nelson Associates at such a wonderful event. With more than 1,300 attendees, the evening was filled with excitement, celebration, and an amazing sense of community.
It was also great to see other members of the Lang Nelson family, having so many people from our company there made the experience even more special.
Our Assistant Manager Kristine was also nominated for the assistant manager of the year award, and this made the night especially exciting for our Broadway Village team. While we didn't take home an award this year, we were thrilled to see Orono Woods receive the excellence award in Senior’s category. We were proud to cheer them on and celebrate their achievement as part of the Lang Nelson family.
For our team, simply being nominated was an honor. It reminded us that the work we do everyday matters and that our commitment to our residents, our community, and each other is being recognized.
But we're not done yet!
We left the MADACS Awards ceremony feeling inspired and motivated to continue working hard and making Broadway Village Apartments the best we can. And at our weekly staff meeting on Tuesday September 23rd, we all agreed that next year, we are taking the next step—not just walking into the MADACS Awards as nominees but walking out as award winners!
Broadway Village Apartments is coming back next year with our eyes on the prizes! 🎉🏆
