Orono Woods Residents Are Enjoying Summer!
Resident learners enjoy our monthly Lunch & Learn presentations. This month Above and Beyond Senior Services discusses ways to stop the revolving door of Medicare through on-going care that maintains functional independence.
Resident foodies will enjoy joining the Lunch Bunch on June 24th as they head out to The Peppermint Twist in Delano. A drive in with a twist – gourmet burgers and renowned raspberry shakes! The 2nd Friday of every month residents gather to enjoy a community broasted chicken boxed dinner meal together from the Wayzata American Legion. On June 30, the Supper Club ventures out to the Big Bore Barbecue for a craft barbecue experience.
June is also Lang Nelson Resident Visit Month so we spoil our residents and have lots of extra treats including root beer floats, ice cream sundaes and more surprises!
