Celebrate with us at Broadway Village

Celebration at Broadway Village is important especially when we are celebrating long standing residents in our community. My name is Jim Gross and I am the community manager of Broadway Village which has a long standing tradition of providing quality living in New Hope. We recently celebrated birthdays and I had the pleasure of speaking with all of those who came. There was a group sitting together and I asked them how long they have called Broadway home? One says 16 years, another says 14 years then the last person at the table says 38 years. 

 

When you look for a quality place to live the new fixtures, new siding and fancy rooms is not always what calls a place home. When I asked why have you called Broadway home for so long? They all agreed and said, “The friendly people, quite neighborhood and this is home.” I am honored and excited to be the manager because I get to meet wonderful people like those at our birthday party. We are so very happy to have our upgrades to our apartments almost complete. We have installed new light fixtures in all rooms including the bathroom, new vanities in the bathroom and all new door hardware. These upgrades will help improve the daily living of all those who call Broadway Village home. These new fixtures help spruce up the apartments by replacing older outdated fixtures. We want to thank our Lang Nelson rehab crew for all of their hard work and dedication it is no easy feat to accomplish this many fixtures, locks, hinges etc…. We celebrated St. Patrick’s day at Broadway Village with a great turn out. We had green drinks, food and most of all great conversation with our friends from around the community. We had a few folks from a nearby house that takes care of disabled adults come and join us. We are not only an apartment community; we are a community of active adults within the community of New Hope.
