Summit Oaks Proud to be "The Safest Apartment Community in Coon Rapids"!
August featured a fabulous Nite to Unite! Red as the theme color was complemented by the fun as young and old laughed and danced the night away. We boast that Summit Oaks is the safest apartment community in all of the City of Coon Rapids (quote from the CRPD)!! We also enjoyed entertainment, by a guitarist who kept residents engaged in singing and dancing. At the Nite to Unite BBQ/pot luck we fed 52 residents and their guests, alongside their winning outdoor chairs to luggage to gift cards in a raffle drawing! Everyone’s a winner at Summit Oaks!!
We can look forward to more fun as we shimmy into September with our walking clubs, an on-site Farmer’s Market right here in the lobby every Friday at 4pm! We enjoy ice cream treats with the Resident Council and our scheduled outing to the Federal Reserve building.
