So Many "Big Heart" Moments at Orono Woods in This Time of Need!

Hello and thank you for visiting Orono Wood's page. Today I share with you our resident Rosemary G., who stepped up to the plate in the best way she knew how. She turned on her sewing machine!

Rosemary has a big heart, even in the best of times, who for years now has been knitting hats for the homeless. With the corona virus upon us and the lack of protective gear, Rosemary got to work making masks for her fellow neighbors. Each one takes her around 20 minutes to make. She asked me to put out a basket offering the masks to anyone who could use them. Giving back to the community - asking for nothing in return - she is a wonderful part of our family here at Orono Woods and we all Thank Her Very Much!
