Prizes: 1st $75.00 Rent Credit, 2nd Prize $40.00 Rent Credit, 3rd Prize $25.00

Please sign up in the office or call us if you are interested to participate. If you bring a friend to this event, they sign up for an apartment and are approved, prize will double. After the top three have been selected here at Emerald Pointe, we will challenge our sister site, Cedarwood by holding another contest between the two communities. You will not want to miss this!
