In April, we are excited to celebrate Earth Day by welcoming a special guest, Nancy from. Hennepin County Apartment Recycling. She will give an informative presentation on the importance of recycling and how you can make a difference. Attendees will receive a reusable recycling tote bag. Plus, we'll be serving slices of pizza and discussing the best ways to recycle pizza boxes.

To celebrate the arrival of spring, we invite you to join us for our community Spring Brunch on April 4. Later in the month, you can also participate in our Sip & Solve Puzzle Happy Hour on April 8.

As we continue to embrace our 2026 mantra, "Live It," this spring, we encourage you to keep an eye out for updates on Phase 2 of our window and siding project. Once our crew in blue shirts completes the siding on the front of the building, we will begin window installations for the courtyard-side units. We also invite you to join us for our activities meeting and resident meeting this month. Please refer to your activities calendar for more details.
