‘Tis the Season of Giving at Emerald Pointe
We had a Spooktacular time at our Pumpkin Painting Party, Spooky Bingo, and Fangtastic Feast dinner celebration. Mary and Patrick with Verizon sponsored raffle prizes for our residents and introduced spooky-good deals. Now, as the days grow colder and the holiday spirit begins to touch us all, it’s time to transition into the season of giving.
Our site’s charitable drive kick-off will be hosted on Friday, November 1st with a Pancake Breakfast prepared by our manager and assistant manager. We will be supporting the New Hope Food Shelf, Hope Bridge with non-perishable food items, personal items, and household donations. Join us for a delicious plate of breakfast in exchange for a donatable item toward our goal of 100 lbs.
As we gather with loved ones to celebrate what we value most, don’t wait until the fourth Thursday of November to give thanks. Mhendy P., a dear friend and former neighbor, will graciously prepare our community dinner on Saturday, November 9th. Let’s make every day a Thanksgiving!
