Night to Unite at Cloverleaf Courts!

We are looking forward to another great Night to Unit (also known as National Night Out) on Tuesday, August 4 from 5-7pm in our parking lot.  YOU are invited to join the party and see how much fun and engagement we have with our community.  We’ll have live music from Doug Otto & The Getaways, free food on our new grill, and some visits from Blaine Police, Fire, and maybe even civic leaders and McGruff the Crime Dog!

Our connections are year-round with local law enforcement and emergency services as we host safety chats, Coffee with a Cop, and more engaging and educational programs to keep our residents living safely. We’ll also have staff on hand to show you around the community, tour a model apartment, and answer your questions if you or someone you know is looking to join our active 55+ senior community.  Call ahead to let us know you’ll be coming and want to take a tour.  Or better yet, call us today and make an appointment beforehand since these apartments will go fast.  That way, you can enjoy the party as a future resident and get to know your neighbors before you even move in!
