One thing that sets us apart from many senior independent living communities in the metro is our programming, and more specifically our Lang Nelson Transportation runs. We enjoy food, grocery shopping, holiday light tours, and more each and every month. Each month we host an activity meeting with our amazing Activities Coordinator, Patt (also an amazing Lang Nelson resident), who discusses programming for the upcoming months, taking our residents’ suggestions and ideas and implementing that input into our activity calendar. This month, our residents chose to dine at Boston’s https://www.bostons.com/locations/coon-rapids.html in nearby Coon Rapids, and will be taking a grocery/supply run to Northtown Cub Foods and the Fridley Walmart. Next month, who knows? But we guarantee it will be a resident’s suggestion!
