Happy Holidays from Cloverleaf Courts!

We hope you are having a wonderful holiday season even if there’s no snow!  We’ve had a wonderful time celebrating this final month of 2023.  We decorated together, had a highly-contested Ugly Sweater contest, a Holiday Lights Tour in the Lang Nelson bus at Sever’s Festivals in Shakopee, and had three successful charitable drives – Toys for Tots, Head Start Hat and Mitten Tree, and clothing drive for Disabled Veterans of America.  We even made time for one more, with the local Spring Lake Park/Blaine/Moundsview Fire Department coming by (with the one-and-only Santa Claus) to collect canned goods for their annual Holiday Food Drive. We also had a Christmas piano program from Jake’s mother, Patricia Lundeen, who had well-known holiday music prepared, but shared more of the backstory behind each song, and which part of the world it came from.  Our craft and bake sale in November brought in over $2000.00 for the Resident Council Fund to provide entertainment, meals, parties, and more for the coming year.  We have a lot of plans for 2024 as a community, and we invite you to join us!

It’s a great time take a tour while there’s still no snow on the ground (at least for the foreseeable future), and we have openings coming soon in several floor plans like our studios and one-bedrooms.  If you are interested in a two-bedroom, we have one coming available at our sister site, Blaine Courts. Give us a call and schedule a tour, and start living the Lang Nelson Experience at our award-winning community managed by award-winning staff.  Call or email Jake or Mary Beth, and Happy Holidays to you and yours!
