Spring Cleaning = Spring Garage Sale at Cloverleaf Courts!
Our annual Spring Garage Sale is happening next month, and you’re invited! Friday, May 16, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm in our community room, the public can come peruse our residents’ treasures they are donating for the sale. Any leftovers will be brought to our nearby Saver’s. All proceeds go to the Resident Council Fund for future events, parties, craft club supplies, entertainment and more. It’s a “pay what you want” sale (reasonable offers please!). Share the Facebook event and spread the word!
Our residents drive our programming, leading several groups every week, and there are several volunteer opportunities to pursue if giving back is what you love. If you or someone you know is looking to make a move this spring and want an active, engaging, and inclusive community to call home, call us today! Our current move-in special: Sign a lease for May 1, and move in upon approval, paying no rent until May 1. If you are looking for June, it’s the same offer – move in upon approval in May.
