Blaine Courts’ Fall Food Drive is Live!
Our annual Fall Food Drive is in full swing, beginning on November 1st, and running through the week of Thanksgiving. All donations will go to our local Salvation Army Emergency Food Bank (located at the Human Services Building on 89th Ave. NE in Blaine) to help those in our community experiencing hunger. Our goal this year is 200 lbs. of food, and we’re looking at being halfway already!
Speaking of food, we had a “happy accident” last month for our lunch outing – the 50’s Grill was too packed to accommodate our group, so we headed to Outback Steakhouse and got our fill! One of the best parts of living the Lang Nelson Experience is the transportation offerings held each month, curated by residents’ suggestions at our monthly Activities Meeting.
We invite you to join our community of active seniors that love to give back, spend time having fun together, and leading the activity programming with their suggestions.
