Fall is in Full Swing at Blaine Courts
Our fall calendars are being planned out and resident suggestions are coming in hot! Each month, we get our residents’ input on destinations for outings, party ideas, and what they’d like to see happening in the community in the coming months. We value our residents’ ideas and take every opportunity to implement and support their ideas. It’s part of living and renting with Lang Nelson – trusted relationships, feeling heard as a member of our community, and having lots of fun.
We will have our annual outing to the Pine Tree Apple Orchard in October along with our Halloween Party and Costume Contest. We’ll also partner again with ACCAP (Anoka County Community Action Program) to host an Energy Assistant Clinic to help our residents with lower incomes stabilize their budgets and get a little help with the electric bill. For the first two weeks of November, we will host our annual Fall Food Drive, with donations going to the local Salvation Army Emergency Food Shelf located just down the street at the Anoka County Human Services building on 89th Avenue in Blaine. Our goal of 200 pounds was smashed last year, and our residents enjoyed a pizza party after the holidays. This year, our residents want a special party with live music if we reach our goal of 300 pounds. We know we can do it!
If you or someone you know is looking to join a community of independent and active seniors with award-winning staff that truly care, respond to your concerns, and are always planning improvements to the community to make it the best place to call home, don’t wait any longer. Call or email us TODAY to take a tour, meet your new neighbors, ask the important questions every renter should, and picture yourself living the Lang Nelson Experience at Blaine Courts this fall!
