Blaine Courts Celebrates Salvation Army Outreach for Going Above & Beyond!
Through a chance meeting regarding someone needing immediate housing, our management met Quita Curtis of Salvation Army Social Services. Quita had someone who was looking for a safe and secure, quiet and clean place to make their new home. That was in July, and since then, Quita, Jake, and Mary Beth have worked together to find the perfect apartment for seven seniors in need of a community like Blaine Courts. Quita goes above and beyond for everyone she interacts with, and we recognized that by giving her a glass Above & Beyond award in February. She had time to stop by for a quick photo and was off to help the next client in her program who ended up coming to us and applying for an apartment. Quita shares our vision of going above and beyond in every interaction, leading with a full heart to help those in need, whether it be navigating a complex housing market or finding resources or food help in times of need. Thank you, Quita – we look forward to working with you for years to come in our shared vision of finding the perfect home for those in need.
Community Outreach is a pillar of our mission to provide quality living environments for seniors of Blaine and the greater metro through our Lang Nelson sister sites, and even our competitors in the business.
