Full and Festive Fall at Blaine Courts
Our residents have had a busy fall with all the social opportunities on the calendar. A trip to a new apple orchard, restarting our partnership with Avail Academy 3rd and 4th graders, and an epic Halloween party are just a few things that highlighted autumn at Blaine Courts.
Residents suggested a new apple orchard this year, and we booked the bus to head out to Aamodt’s Apple Farm in Stillwater. Aamodt’s has been in business since 1948 and offers all the regular orchard activities along with their Apple Barn bakery and store, where our residents came home with fresh-baked pies, freshly picked apples, and an 100% rave reviews with asks to go back.

Our monthly transportation outings are a main feature of the Lang Nelson Experience, and are curated by our resident’s suggestions, providing a safe and stress-free opportunity to socialize with each other and get out of the building for a bit to have fun in every season. Every month, we have regular recurring grocery runs and lunch outings, and sprinkle in these fun one-offs to places like museums, orchards, farmer’s markets, craft fairs and more.
