Shake it Up with Blaine Courts!
While we prepare for being more active outside – despite last ditch efforts of winter to keep snow around – we thought we’d treat ourselves with our annual seasonal sweet: mint shakes! Staff and resident volunteers helped prep and serve to our residents as we listened to Irish music and took in some St. Patrick’s Day trivia. We had so many residents show up that we had to run out and get more supplies – luckily, we are located across the street from the Northtown Cub Foods, which is a quick walk for any of our residents. https://www.cub.com/sm/pickup/rsid/1608/
And if you don’t drive or prefer someone to drive for you, we have transportation offerings every month free of charge to our residents. Our monthly activities meeting provides our residents an opportunity to suggest destinations for outings, new groups, and fun events throughout the coming months.
