Celebrate with the residents of Blaine Courts, what a great honor!

Blaine Courts was honored at the 50th Anniversary Celebration for the City of Blaine with a Certificate of Appreciation for 25 years serving the senior citizens of the northwest metro area. Mayor Tom Ryan presented the award to Sandy Holth and Susanna Johnson, of the Blaine Courts management team, who accepted on behalf of the new owners, Lang Nelson Associates.

Blaine Courts is well known for offering well-kept, affordable independent living apartments, conveniently located within walking distance of the Northtown Shopping Mall. A full calendar of planned activities is offered each month, to keep our residents engaged with each other and active in the surrounding community. Van service is another added perk, with Lang Nelson, the new owner, continuing the long tradition of transporting our seniors for grocery shopping, medical runs, and recreational pursuits around town.

Thanks were given in reciprocation to the City of Blaine, the original owners, for the decades of support the city has given to our community. They developed a well-served community that today boasts multiple long-term residents, 6 having lived at Blaine Courts for all 25 years of operation!
