Emerald Pointe is Fun & Fresh

Now that we have sprung into spring, let the good times begin! Emerald Pointe has added a pep to its step by starting with the underground-garage painting that has now been completed. Our winter-to-spring gutter installation has also been completed. The installation of our new GFI outlets will also ensure your electric safety. We are excited to announce that we have MORE! An all-new hallway and common area paint upgrade is already taking place in the 7611-building. Emerald Pointe will be introducing a brand-new state-of-the-arts fob system, creating more security for you and all of your VIPs! Keep an eye or two out for our celebration flyers and notices, that way you’ll be able to act upon this wonderful new beginning. Common-area lobby, and elevator room carpets on all floors have been power-steamed washed.  Alongside these exquisite upgrades, new carpet for our hallways will also be installed. The cherry on-top for our common areas and one of our favorites, the community-rooms, have been furnished with all-new upgraded furniture.

We continue to welcome the new year within New Hope’s gem, Emerald Pointe. Our community is extremely thankful for our continuous VIP relationships, community engagement, and all the recent and planned updates that help create the NEW Emerald Pointe!
