At Cloverleaf Courts, we love connecting with our community in Blaine.  Avail Christian Academy has been a long-standing part of that connection.  Students would regularly come and visit, play games, volunteer, and give concerts to our seniors.  Though we weren’t able to host as many get-togethers over the last year, new guidance and promising numbers coupled with our community being fully vaccinated has given us the opportunity to get back to it with Avail students.  We recently had the school band give us an outdoor concert in the parking lot, and the students who used to visit our residents joined them on our patio for lunch on one of the nicest days of Spring yet!  If you’re looking for an active community of seniors to call home, with a taste of intergenerational fun and activities, give us a call today. 

We’d love to show you our updated 2BR apartment facing our beautiful courtyard, or if an updated 1BR is what you’re looking for, we can show you one of those, too!  Activity programs are picking up as we enter June for Lang Nelson Resident Visit Month, and we can even time your tour with an event you’d like to participate in so you get a good feel for just how fun and active our community is.
