A Merry Month of May at Twin Lake North
In the month of May, at Twin Lake North, this is a time to “spring” into action. We encourage each person to get involved in our community activities. We always strive to build connections and spoil our residents and people in the community. Invite your friends, family and anyone you come across.
To celebrate Mother’s Day, we will be hosting a Mother’s Day Brunch/gift pickup on Wednesday, May 13th, beginning at 11 AM. This event will be in our clubhouse located at 4539 58th Ave N Brooklyn Center. I encourage all mothers and mother figures to come out and be pampered on this day. Without mothers, where would we be?
With the warmer weather approaching, we have quite a few activities outside this month. On May 2nd we will begin tilling our garden for our Garden Club members. On Tuesday, May 15th, we will be heading over to the Como Zoo. Additionally, we will be hosting Family Fun Friday on Friday May 22nd at 5 PM. This will feature a food truck (requires purchase) and a guest speaker! Lastly, we will be heading on over the courtyard right outside the clubhouse on Friday, May 23rd for our summer kick-off Grill & Chill. We will be serving burgers and hot dogs.
In addition to the activities happening here in the clubhouse, join the community at Centennial Park located at 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway for Entertainment in the Park. This event will be held on May 12th at 7 PM.
