Taco Night Was a Success! Thomasville Apartments Building Our Community One Tortilla at a Time!
We turned up the heat and the flavor here at Thomasville Apartments with our much-anticipated Taco Monday to celebrate Cino De Mayo —and wow, what a turnout! From sizzling tacos to contagious laughter, the evening was a perfect blend of delicious food and great company.
Residents gathered in the clubhouse on May 5th, 2025 where we transformed the space into taco-loving haven. We served up a build-your-own taco bar with all the fixings: seasoned beef, homemade slow cooked barbacoa, guacamole, salsas, and more. Whether you like it spicy, cheesy, or veggie-loaded—there was something for everyone.
More than just tacos, this event was about connection. We loved seeing neighbors meet for the first time, chat over chips and salsa, and even swap taco-building tips. Events like these help us create not just a place to live, but a true community to belong to!
A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us, and to our incredible staff and volunteers who helped make the night a success. We appreciate your energy, smiles, community spirit and all of the connections made.
