Here at Summit Oaks we have for the first time The Murder Mystery Company coming to Summit Oaks to host a play called Death of a Gangster on Thursday, October 9th. Come join us it should be fun the residents will be able to solve the Murder Mystery.
Saturday, October 25th Summit Oaks is having their annual Craft Boutique from 9am to 3pm. If anyone is interested in being a vendor, please call the office at 763-421-3152 and talk to Virginia.
Last but not least is our annual Halloween Party all are welcome to join, dress up in a ghoulish costume if you dare!
With the crisp air days and cool nights let’s check out what is offered locally in October! In Coon Rapids this October, you can find fall and Halloween-themed events like Rocky's Pumpkin Patch on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 10am to 1pm. A free community festival with bounce houses, face painting, a photo booth, free pumpkins (one per child, while supplies last), and trick-or-treating for local youth organizations. You can find out more information at Sand Creek Park. An ice-skating event at the Coon Rapids Ice Center where attendees can wear costumes, play games, and enjoy spooky fun. Hope 4 youth is having their 10th Annual Darkest Night 4K on Friday, October 3rd, at 6pm located Bunker Hills Golf Club, 12800 Bunker Prairie Road NW, Coon Rapids MN 55448. It’s a luminary-lit walk or run to support their mission! This is a family-friendly event with fun for everyone! Invite your friends, family, and coworkers to participate to raise awareness and funds to help support youth who walk through their doors.
