Summer Fun at Summit Oaks

June is filled with many community activities along with a boat load of fun here at Summit Oaks. One great event that happens every year is the Summer Concert Series. The Summer Concert Series is held at the performance pavilion of the Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park, located at 9750 Egret Blvd. The schedule is released in early spring, and features a variety of music genres and styles - everything from jazz and big band to country music and rock n roll! June is also LNRVM (Lang Nelson Resident Visit Month) where Summit Oaks will spoil their resident. Each week in June we will celebrate our resident by doing something fun and special. The first week to kick off LNRVM Monday, June 2nd we will have a bubble blowing contest on the deck. Let’s see how many bubbles we can get! Thursday, June 12th is our Summer Party with flip flops and more bubbles. On Friday June 13th we will celebrate Coconut Day with mounds bars for everyone. Wednesday, June 25 we will be serving Cream Soda on the deck. This is just some of the things going on in June, so look at the calendar when it is out on the 1st and join the fun at Summit Oaks.
