Another festive celebration at Summit Oaks!  The sub-zero temperatures prompted the Residents of Summit Oaks to think Summer in January, and we launched our 2nd Annual Summer in January Pot Luck Party!  The food was fabulous and the residents were fulfilled with typical summer salads and desserts along with a punchy beverage! Summit Oaks residents know how to beat any mid-winter blues!
