Residents, family, friends and neighbors came together on August 1st to celebrate National Night Out this year! Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal of hamburgers, hot dogs, and a variety of pot luck picnic items such as baked beans, salads, chips and desserts! Favorite musician Bill Koncar was here and regaled the group with his fantastic accordion playing! https://www.billkoncar.com/. Representatives from the Brooklyn Center Police, Fire, Crime Prevention and Community Liaison departments stopped by to visit with our residents; who in turn, got the opportunity to thank them for their dedicated service to our city and our community! https://www.brooklyncentermn.gov/government/departments/public-safety/police. It was an afternoon of food, fun, fellowship and door prize drawings!
