Construction is on track to be completed in the first week of September. This expansion marks an instrumental step in creating more programming and space for our residents to hold family events. Broadway Village is more than a community; we are a family with more than 275 people who call Broadway Village home. The walls will be painted and carpet installed; once that carpet is down we will begin un-packing the furniture to shape our community center.

We invite you to come take a look at the final stages of construction and to see how we will be transforming this space from an empty room to an activity/social hub.
