Grandma and Me at ECFE - Autumn Woods Hosts an Extra Special Valentine’s Party

Spending time with grandma and making valentines crafts creates the best memories!  Autumn Woods hosts an on-site Early Childhood and Family Education class, in partnership with the St. Anthony School District each month.

This month was extra special as all the class participants were children brought by their grandmothers, also known as our wonderful residents. The class made valentines crafts, had fun sorting candy, went on a heart shaped scavenger hunt, read a story and had treats together. The children had the best time and residents made new friends, while spending time with their grandchildren!

Lead by an Early Childhood Teacher, each month the class has a different theme and welcomes families to play together, learn new things and have lots fun. The mission of ECFE is to strengthen families through the education and support of all parents to provide the best possible environment for the healthy growth and development of their children!
