Anthony James is Always Improving!
While already an amazing community to live in, the Anthony James is always improving. A few snapshots of recent work from our inhouse construction team are included below. We removed and replaced old caulking along unit windows, washed and sealed our stamped concrete and patios, cleaned building gutters, and repaired the asphalt around our storm drain. Improvements still to come this fall include tree trimming and removal, retaining wall repair and heat tape repair and replacement. Thank you, Thomas Carpet, for your hard work to keep the Anthony James in tip top shape.
The fall and holiday season is upon us. We have a trip planned to the MN Arboretum on September 30 as they prepare for apple fest and the pumpkin displays which will lead into the holiday light display. https://arb.umn.edu/
Also keep an eye open for the Holiday Lights at Anthony James that will be up and shining by November 1st . Holiday lights go up every year as we participate in the Lang Nelson “Light up the Night” contest. Consider joining us by lighting up your 3-season porch!
