Twin Lake North Continues to Improve
Twin Lake North Property Enhancements Continue!
We are excited to inform you that the enhancements to Twin Lake North are continuing! In May, we completed our annual sweeping and striping of the parking lot areas, as well as the spring cleanup of the landscaping.
We also began the project of replacing all wooden building entry doors with brand new storefront glass doors. This project is approximately 50% complete, and will continue throughout the month of June. The new doors will enhance the aesthetics of each building and provide an increased level of security. If your building has not yet been completed, keep an eye out because it will be happening soon!
Please also keep your eyes peeled for notices for asphalt repairs, pressure washing of the garage areas, and carpet cleaning in the building common areas, as these services will be occurring in the near future.
