What are you doing to Explore, Discover and Engage?
Residents at Twin Lake North gathered for a day to discover and engage in the proper techniques of Bystander Hands Only CPR and AED Training with the Brooklyn Center Fire Department’s Heart Safe Brooklyn Center Movement, which focuses on teaching and reaching out to the community to become more prepared in emergency situations. Lead by two experienced Firefighters, they taught the importance of learning CPR and how to use AED correctly to make a life changing decision to save a life. Everyone who came can proudly say that they are trained and ready in the event of an emergency.
Every month we will be highlighting a seminar that allows and encourages our residents to explore, discover and engage not only in the Twin Lake community but the community around us. What do you do to support and engage in your community?
