Will you Marry Me, Twin Lake North?
When you become a part of the Twin Lake North community, it’s almost as much of a commitment as marriage…in a good way! Just like saying “I do” to the better or worse, sickness and health, as long as we both shall live (here), you’re saying “I do” to the three promises that we as a Lang Nelson community have set for you. Those three promises are:
1. Always pay your rent on time.
2. Enjoy and take advantage of the Lang Nelson Experience- Let us spoil you!
3. Share that experience and this community with the Very Important People (VIP’s) in your lives.
Everyone knows marriage is a two-way street, so here’s what we promise to our residents:
1. To exceed expectations in every interaction.
2. To build relationships that positively impact our community and company.
3. To create a memorable experience.
We want you to know more about those promises, so on April 30th, 2021, we are hosting a Spring Launch Party. This will be held outside of the clubhouse (weather permitting) and will include a $5 brat or hot dog meal (funds go directly back to our resident council—which goes back to our residents!). We will also have games and prizes and visits from our community partners such as the City of Brooklyn Center, Parks and Recreation, Police Department, Three Rivers Park District, and Robbinsdale Area School District. This is an opportunity for residents to mingle with each other and Twin Lake North staff, learn more about what’s going on in the community, and to have a memorable experience. We look forward to seeing you at this event and know you won’t regret tying the knot with us!
