Summit Oaks Gives Back to Anoka Eagle’s Nest and the Local Food Shelf

Summit Oaks residents are THE BEST RESIDENTS AROUND!... we plan to spoil everyone with a Resident Appreciation Dinner with a special entrée prepared by our private Chef complemented by resident Pot Luck side surprises. We’ll also honor the 30 Summit Oaks men and women Veterans who live here at Summit Oaks.  Our gratitude will also be extended to the men and women Veterans who now live at Anoka Eagle’s Nest. We are collecting needed personal items like soap, paper and personal products to help.  We’re also collecting food for the area food shelf with a goal of 3 grocery carts filled top to bottom.  Summit Oaks is thankful for great residents, Veterans and friends who share their time, talents and love here.  We can only be grateful for the life-force that Summit Oaks is known for.

Other fun this month includes a unique Game Night (way too much fun), two bus trips, and a separate jaunt to the local Feed My Starving Children.  Special adornments are being created and prepared at the Crafty Meetings – get on board and see what the hype is all about.

Lang Nelson and Summit Oaks staff, wish everyone a wonderful November and a Happy Thanksgiving!  It is a pleasure to see everyone daily as we give thanks to those around us who make our lives fun, better and warm our hearts.
