Cedarwood Provides a Break to Parents and Students!

It was once said that, "If you want to succeed...do what McDonald's is doing!" Well, Cedarwood took that advice and started asking ourselves, "Have you had your break today?" October has been a unique month with students of all ages returning back to school from Kindergarten to the college level. There are different rules, hours, and forms of learning this year. Many students are attending virtual classes and many parents have become both the teacher and facilitator. Cedarwood wanted to give everyone a break!

The month of October featured socially distant to-go food for our residents and hard-working students. So far, we have hosted lunch on three separate occasions with great success. We have provided chili-dogs, pizza, and tacos! The residents have been great about calling ahead so the staff can take safe precautions and can pace the flow of the kitchen while keeping the gatherings small yet successful.

In return we want our residents to chant back another slogan to us…”I’m lovin’ it!”
