River Oaks Welcomes Phaedra to our family!

River Oaks of Anoka is excited to welcome Phaedra Drawdy to their family.  Phaedra has been a wonderful addition to our team, and the residents love her enthusiasm and caring personality.  Phaedra will be working as our new Life Enrichment Assistant, and be assisting our director with planning, facilitating, and organizing all of the enjoyable activities and events that take place at River Oaks.
