The gift of giving at River Oaks
Although it has been a mild winter thus far, we all know that temperatures will soon be dropping, and the need for bundling up will be essential! Unfortunately, there are many people who cannot afford to purchase the necessary items needed to keep them warm. Therefore, River Oaks of Anoka will be hosting a Mitten & Hat Drive to help children, women and men stay safe and warm during our frigid months yet to come.
Our goal is to collect as many hats, mittens, gloves, and scarfs as possible and donate them to local homeless shelters within our community. Your generous donations will help Minnesota residents keep warm this winter. You may drop off your gifts during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We will be accepting donations now through January 15th, 2016.
