River Oaks of Anoka announces their "Helping Hands" service project!

The residents and staff at River Oaks of Anoka are very excited to announce their next “Helping Hands” community service project!  During the months of July and August we will be collecting school supplies to donate to needy public schools within our community.

 

The start of school can be a very exciting time for children.  For many, the new school year is often accompanied by new backpacks, clothes, shoes, and school supplies.  However, unfortunately some families are financially unable to purchase the necessary items for their children.  This is where you can help!  With your kind donations, you will have the opportunity to provide a student with the basic essentials that they will need for a successful school year, and also put a smile on their face!

• #2 Pencils

• Notebooks (wide rule)

•  Pens

• Glue Stick

• 4 oz Glue Bottles

• Crayons
