River Oaks of Anoka is proud to honor and recognize the outstanding dedication of their community and resident volunteers.  Their generous donation of time and talent has greatly enriched the lives of those living within the River Oaks community.  And for that reason, River Oaks would like to publicly thank them by hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon.
