An exciting first month of 2023 and then some at the Legacy

Beanbag Challenge, Ladderball, and Washer Toss have been added to the calendar. They are all fun indoor games. Games days for these activities are: Beanbag challenge is every Tuesday at 10:15 am, Ladderball is every Thursday at 10:15 am, and Washer Toss is every Friday at 10:15 am. We can hardly wait until the weather warms, so we can go outdoors to test our skills.

There were two additional activities that we are happy to announce. They include the Fox Rehab. exercise group and the birthday party. The Fox exercise group is held in the Village Room each Wednesday of the month at 1:15 pm. This starting time allows everyone to finish the group and still make it to the 2:00 pm events sponsored by Chef Brad.

The January birthday party was a great time. There was live entertainment, cake, coffee and dancing. A good time was had by all. In February, look for a Valentine's Day guessing contest, voting for Valentine's Day Royalty, Card Bingo, Nail Magic (polish/ massage) and the Valentine's Day brunch/Birthday party on February 14.

The Chair Yoga group is growing! We have gone from a group of 3 to about 12. Many yoga poses are present during the class as well as a cardio kickbox element. Handheld weights have been included to build strength and a light massage to the back and shoulder area close out the session. It is our goal to consider adding something new in the months to come. We would love to hear your suggestions for new and fun activities to add to the calendar. All of your suggestions are greatly appreciated, and we hope to see everyone at the many activities that occur throughout the day.
