What’s Cooking for June at the Legacy?

June has arrived, and it’s time to take advantage of the beautiful weather.

Starting June 1st, enjoy your lunch and dinner on the patio.   All you have to do is to fill out a green “to go” meal ticket, and when ready, take your meal out to the patio to enjoy.

There were 27 residents at the May Chef Demo.  We featured a type of Carmel pull apart.  The exact recipe for this decadent snack will not be revealed, as it is top secret.  All I can say is that I used a Kitchen Aid Mixer for the dough, and Walnuts were used as one of the many ingredients.   https://www.kitchenaid.com.   https://www/fishernut.com.

June is Lang Nelson Resident Visit Month.  All month long, there will be special "foodie" events and plenty of opportunities for getting to know you a little better.  Be sure to join me for all of the special events.
