Greetings and salutations residents of the Legacy!
It is my esteemed privilege to be joining you in Ida Marie Dining Room. I am excited to bring my professional experience and energy to your home.
My family and I only just moved to Minnesota in 2014 from Chicago, which is where I also attended culinary school. I received my Bachelors of Arts in 2008. My hobbies include raising my 9 month old son Logan, taking in Broadway shows with my beautiful wife Tricia, chasing our golden retriever Baxter around the yard, gardening, fishing, and endlessly pursuing all things food!
I look forward to getting to know all of you in the coming year! Bon appetite!
