Creekside Residents learn more about their vegetable garden!

Members of the Hennepin County Senior Wellness group spent the afternoon with residents of Creekside Gables in Brooklyn Park. The purpose of this gathering was to educate residents on the different types of vegetables they have been growing in the raised vegetable gardens at Creekside Gables and how to enjoy them.  The highlight of the afternoon were the fresh organic salads the residents enjoyed. All the vegetables were grown and harvested by the residents of Creekside Gables earlier that day.
