Creekside Gables and Good in the Hood Team Up to Bring Thanksgiving Home

Creekside Gables residents received a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner meal kit.

This time of the year Creekside Gables would normally be having our amazing annual Thanksgiving Dinner prepared and served by our wonderful volunteer residents. Again this year, Creekside along with our residents decided not to gather in person to celebrate and give thanks.

However, we still wanted to make sure everyone had a special Thanksgiving dinner so we delivered a meal kit to our residents that they could cook at home. With assistance from Good in the Hood and some very generous contributors each resident's Thanksgiving bag was filled with a whole chicken, box of stuffing, yams, potatoes, onions, cranberries, gravy packet, milk, eggs and a pumpkin pie.
