Join us for our new Health and Wellness classes at Broadway Village

Broadway Village is very excited to introduce Kathie H.; our new Health and Wellness Instructor! Kathie will lead residents each Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning at 10:30 beginning the month of September. Come one, come all!
Kathie currently teaches several different water aerobics’ routines that focus on different areas including balance, stretch, bicycling, and much more that focuses on balance and strengthening muscle in seniors.
Each Tuesday: "Chair Exercise Aerobic and Toning Class"

Thursdays (1st and 3rd): "Senior Strength and Toning Class"
10:30 am
Thursday: (2nd and 4th): “Walking Club" 10:30 am
Saturdays: (1st and 3rd): Aqua-Fitness Class (indoor pool)

Saturdays: (2nd and 4th) Noodle-Bicycling/Water Yoga Class (indoor pool) 10:30 am
