LNRVM 10 is in Full Swing at Blaine Courts

Every June, we focus on visiting with our residents even more than usual, with extra events and resident visits in apartments, getting to know our residents more and hear about things we can celebrate with them.  We call it Lang Nelson Resident Visit Month.  This year marks the 10th anniversary of this unique program and approach to property management that keeps our residents renting with us, and makes us one of the most-awarded companies in the industry, with over 140 MADACS awards to date.  We hope to add to the total this fall at the 2023

MADACS awards ceremony, where Jake, our campus manager, has been nominated for a MADACS in Excellence: Multiple Site Manager!  https://www.mmha.com More to come on that, but back to LNRVM 10.

Blaine Courts residents have enjoyed weekly themes and events as well as one-to-one time with staff visiting in their apartments.  Special events like a 1950’s Soda Shop, Twins Tailgate grill out, Father’s Day Pancake Breakfast, and special guest speaker from our local senior outreach at ACCAP (Anoka County Community Action Program https://accap.org/) discussing resources and programs available to our residents through the county.  We still have a Hawaiian Luau party, shop and dine outing to White Bear Lake, Sips & Succulents Plant Bar/Happy Hour, and a June 30th concert in the yard from our manager, Jake!

June is a great month to tour our community and see all the activity in full swing.  Call us today to tour one of our apartments, attend an activity, and get to know your new neighbors.  We have one-bedroom availability August 1, and it will go fast, so call today!
