We are on the ready for an awesome Spring and more. It’s time to celebrate the good life here at Summit Oaks!
During February we’re getting ready to celebrate at Mardy Pardy where everyone can enjoy Fat Tuesday Mardis Gras style in Minnesota! Beads will fly, masks will create Mardis Gras-ing and food will be aplenty.
We had a Continuum of Care mini-seminar along with Chat ‘n Chowder – positive votes gave the nod to bring to Summit Oaks, available health care benefits by providers from Legacy Health…. That includes the greatest perk EVER - you won’t have to leave your home to receive that care. We sport new wave healthcare momentum, right to your door.
Then we had a coloring contest. Valentine Coloring Contest winners are: Brandie and Cindy N! Congratulations! Resident Council Cash prizes were given to 1st and 2nd place winners – Way to go!
Lang Nelson is committed to investing in its communities by bringing new carpet to Summit Oaks hallways! WOW! We are now sporting brand new carpeting throughout the hallways! Oh how nice to have fresh carpet along with fresh air dances in the hallways. This is just the beginning, new siding will happen very soon.
In March, we’ve got a bus trip planned to Red Lobster, a St. Patty’s Party, bingo, popcorn, and a vendor show ready on the calendar. We added a new Card Game “Hand & Foot” – stop by and play or learn how to play this fun card game. Stay tuned… We look forward to more fun as we spring into Spring!
