A Great Year Was Had By All at Summit Oaks!
Residents are fulfilled with activities and excitement when living at Summit Oaks! We’ve scheduled a Resident Appreciation Dinner, an all-resident invited- Secret Santa gift exchange, and a bus tour of Holiday Lights around town. We’ve got Bingo, a Crafty Meeting, card games and a Birthday Karaoke Night with Greg B. who will help sing and bring in the New Year. We planned a contest: DECKorating a deck, bay or door for a chance to win a prize! We’ll bring in 2020 with a Noon Year’s Eve gathering. 2019 was a great year here at Summit Oaks- Lang Nelson improved the landscaping in and around Summit Oaks with an impressive retaining wall and installed a second pool gate access. Greg, our Maintenance Tech, won a coveted MADACS award – he’s the best Tech in the business! As a proud property of Lang Nelson, the company brought in four additional awards bringing the year-to-date total to 129 Lifetime Achievement Awards for being the best in the housing industry.
All of this and more, benefited every resident. With 2020 around the corner – our perfect vision will bring more joy and fun for everyone.
