Lang Nelson’s Summit Oaks Wins MADACS Award!

The Minnesota Rental Industry confirmed Lang Nelson Communities as “WINNERS” at the recent MADACS Award Ceremony. Lang Nelson walked away with 4-more MADACS to its current achievements totaling 129 wins to date. The MADACS award is the highest honor a rental community can receive in Minnesota’s multi-housing industry.  It reflects a continued commitment to excellence in rental property management, maintenance and customer service.  Summit Oaks’ Maintenance Tech, Greg, was nominated twice and brought home his first win this year – naming him the BEST Tech in the business!  We celebrated Greg’s win with the best residents around, sharing their fondness of Greg and acknowledging all that he does at Summit Oaks.  Thanks Greg for all that you bring to work, and what you do for residents, and for being, well...
