River Oaks is On Your Team!

At this time of uncertainty, The River Oaks team want to assure you that our first priority is the protection and well being of our residents, family, and staff.

As we adapt to this rapidly changing situation, stress and anxiety can take a toll on us both physically and emotionally. We feel Information is key, so we want to keep you up to date on what we are doing and ask you to join the team! We understand how you feel and want to assure you, we will get through this together!

We are following all the Government, Heath Department, and CDC recommendations. We are limiting visitors, screening all staff and essential workers, masks are worn by all in the building, and group activities and meals have been postponed.

With that being said, we have adapted to the needs of our community to ensure our residents are getting the care and attention needed to get through this time.

We have increased wellness visits, zoom visits with friends and family, one on one activity in apartments, meal delivery, extra snacks and treats delivered to apartments, modified bingo, games and activity supplies delivered to residents, walking club, hallway exercise ,outside social distancing in small groups, and musical entertainment to encourage our residents as they stay in place!

We are blessed with the cooperation and understanding from our residents and loved one, and appreciate all you are doing to support us. A very special thank for the masks that have been made and donated to our residents and staff!!
