The Anoka Police Department Crime Prevention Unit Taught River Oaks’ Residents about Scammers

We had Nicole Neis of the Anoka Police Department Crime Prevention Unit come to River Oaks to talk to us about scammers.  Those who call, mail or use the internet to scam innocent people of their money.  This was very informative and made for a good discussion during our snack time afterward.  Thank you to Nicole for her time and to Kathy, our Resident Services Director for setting it up.
